An elastic paving material having water permeability, purification, and frostbite functions is provided to minimize the temperature variation between the road surface and the upper-most layer and to prevent a capillary tube from freezing by mounting a frostbite layer. An elastic paving material having water permeability, purification, and frostbite functions comprises a compacting layer(100) laid on the compacted ground, wherein the soil is banked/compacted; a frostbite prevention layer(200) formed by mixing a regenerative rubber chip(1~20mm) of 40~60wt%, a regenerative aggregate(10~60mm) of 40~60wt%, and an adhesion binder of 3~20wt%; a crushed stone layer(300) formed by mixing an aggregate of 40~60wt%, and a regenerative rubber chip of 40~60wt%; a filter layer(400) formed by paving at least one of a waste hollow fiber filter, a waste carbon filter, and a waste carbon fiber; a water permeable purifying layer(500) mixed with the regenerative rubber chip and a glass ceramic ball(10~50mm); and an elastic outer layer(600) formed by adding active carbon to the regenerative chip. |
