System of prefabricated assembling elements of combi panels is a structure of elements, solved by shape, according to pictures 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 in coeffect of combi panels (1), fine-grained concrete (5), an armature of binor screen (2), a styrofoam filling with ceiling and facade elements (4) , treated by a fine mortar or plaster-board panels (3), fixed to self-cutting screws (8), onto galvanized metal sheet girders (7) upon covering with concrete over the building under construction with a concrete (6) gives an element of required supporting, facade or partition construction. Herewith described patent solves the problem of weight to the elements for construction, increases the speed of carrying out the works, along with solving the problems of thermosound insulation of constructions of reinforced concrete in combination with plaster-board panels.
