FIELD: machine engineering, cold forming, manufacture of formed heat exchange plates with corrugated surfaces. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes upper and lower plates, guiding columns, lower die, container in which punch is arranged, rotary mechanism and its control system. Punch includes rigid outer part and central elastic part. Outer part of punch provides forming of outer contour of blank. Central part of punch engages through control system with rotary mechanism and with upper plate of die set. Upper plate of die set is made with possibility of forming inner portion of blank. ^ EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, formation of plates in presses with restricted efforts. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg |
