The method involves placing a plastic mold on a wrapping sheet at the right side of an opening of a packing table (5). A pressure is applied on the mold to drive the mold and a part of the sheet up to a position in which water is filled in a basin, formed during the displacement phase, and the stems of a bouquet are inserted in the mold. Pressure is applied on the mold up to another position in which the head of the bouquet is covered by the sheet. The sheet is tightened around the stems by an elastic fastener to form the neck of the bouquet. The enveloped bouquet is withdrawn from the table.
