Prefabricated and represented is a slab of reed and reed-broom, as a construction element, made so that on a reed layer (1) is inbuilt in a single-shot a layer of reed broom twigs (2) in a plant for fixing by wires of the ground (3) and wire binders (4) according to the technology and production procedure of reed slabs. Figure 2 represents the slab from figure 1 with a layer of a plaster, lime, longitudinal or other mortar, i.e. small grained concrete (5). This invention where being inbuilt is used for production of vertical, horizontal and inclined coatings, for ceiling walls and other building elements as required, as a thermal and particularly sonar insulation of constructions in building construction. In accordance with the invention, by use of prefabricated layer of a mortar (5), on the element of the slab from reed (1), is achieved a layer of protective reed slab therefrom merging the two civil engineering procedures is achieved (setting insulation, protection of insulation by a mortar). Fixing the filling paste between sutures between the slabs and complete closing the fugues and fine smoothing prior to coloring are the remaining procedures. By the invention herewith described, a quite an economical solution to thermal insulation of cost-effectiveness with material that so far has been misused as a production waste material.
