Light supporting beam, i.e. light supporting pillar, according to this invention consists from lateral sides (11), i.e. distancing bushes (31), connecting elements (32) and wood connecting elements (21), where the beam, i.e. the pillar form two lateral sides (11), i.e. in a particular case from two lateral sides (11) and one lateral side (11Æ), perforated by functional openings (13), (14) and (15), due to reduction of weight and enabling interconnection of lateral sides (11) by means of connecting elements (32) and distancing bushes (31), as well as other elements of supporting constructions, where longitudunal edges of lateral sides (11) are bent so that those form bent arms (17), and an opening (15) is propped by a reinforcing collar (16).
