A functional anti-microbial paper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to mix aloe and silver anti-microbial powder with the paper. A printing member(30) is formed at a side surface of the first drafting paper(10). The lyophilized aloe powder of 5-30 wt% is mixed with the pulp of 100 wt% and the mixed second drafting paper(20) is compressed at the opposite surface of the printing member of the first drafting paper. An internal oil coating member(40) is adsorbed on the surface of the second drafting paper. Liquid aloe of 5-30 volume % and silver anti-microbial powder of 5-30 ppm are mixed with the internal oil agent of 100 wt %. |
