The device has a prehung door unit with a door frame (1) and a door (2) articulated on gudgeons. The frame has a series of hollow hemispheres (9) placed opposite to the hollow hemispheres (4) of the door. Extraction ducts (8) are connected between the hemispheres and coupled to a solenoid valve (5) which opens and closes air check valves and is branched on vacuum pumps (6) evacuating air between the hemispheres. The device is actuated from the interior by push buttons (14, 15) and from the exteriors by a control box (17) including a magnetic card identification device.
