Obtaining active bacterial extract from leeches comprises culturing leeches, removing Aeromonas bacteria from digestive tract, culturing, extracting, subjecting to thermal shock, sonication and centrifuging. The leeches are Hirudo medicinalis, which are cultured for 2 months without food and the bacteria is Aeromonas hydrophila. The bacteria undergo two thermal shocks before sonication, which is followed by centrifugation and recovery of the supernatant liquid. The thermal shock is carried by lowering the temperature to -80[deg]C in a defrosting stage. The culture medium: is a solid then the bacterial separation is done by mild scraping of the solid medium followed by washing; and is a liquid then the bacteria are separated by centrifugation.
