FIELD: building industry, possible use for high quality processing of non-solid concrete surfaces of rigid concrete mixtures, used for civilian and industrial construction, and also during operation of asphalt-concrete road covers. ^ SUBSTANCE: apertures are made on working surface, wherein felted cloth filters are inserted. To internal wall of roller by means of rod and spring, a cup is pressed, to which flexible pipeline is connected.
