FIELD: medicine; physiology. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used for checking operational activity of human being who takes the responsibility of doing important job in different branches of practical activity which relate to high psycho-physiological stress, for example, when working at aviation, railroad, automotive transportation vehicles as well as for checking individual self-control of functional abilities of human. Device has set of detectors, electric-skin resistance detector and photo-plethysmogram detector, both disposed to make contact with operator's hands. Outputs of detectors are connected with inputs of corresponding conversing channels of measuring unit. Conversing channels have outputs connected to inputs of physiological condition of patient through first signal processing channel of signal processing unit, which corresponds to signal processing channel for registering electric-skin resistance. The signal processing channel digital filter connected in series with differentiator, unit for measuring parameters of signal of electric-skin resistance and unit for checking psycho-emotional condition of human being, and through second signal processing channel, which corresponds to signal conversing channel for registration of photo-plethysmogram, which has digital filter connected in series with differentiator, RR-intervals selecting unit, RR-intervals variometer and human cardiac system condition analyzer. Device also has test-stimulus combination selecting unit, which test-stimuli influence human being. He latter has human functional abilities analyzer. Set of detectors has arterial blood pressure detector placed onto tested person's hand. Output of arterial pressure detector is connected with input of at least one additional measuring unit signal processing channel which has output connected with input of additional signal processing channel of signal processing unit. The latter has unit for selecting pulse-gram from oscillometric signal, which corresponds to value of arterial pressure, connected in series with unit for registering systolic and diastolic blood pressure and unit for measuring index of arterial blood pressure. Human psycho-physiological condition analyzer and additional signal processing channel, which has to be output of unit for registering index of arterial blood pressure, are connected with inputs of human functional abilities analyzer.
