FIELD: dairy industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with normalizing initial raw material due to supplementing initial milk raw material with melted dehydrated milk fat and seed fate up to the ratio of milk fat against the calculated one being from 0.1:1.0 to 3.0:1.0 followed by homogenization, pasteurization and addition of fructose and oligofructose at their ratio being from 2.3:1.0 to 3.0:1.0. Before homogenization one should supplement initial raw material with salt-stabilizer, moreover, before homogenization it is advisable to introduce vitamin premix.
