A multi-layered rubber sheet for thermo-compression bonding is provided to reduce degradation even in repeatedly using the rubber sheet and to secure good durability by stacking a fluorine rubber layer on silicon rubber. The multi-layered rubber sheet for thermo-compression bonding has multiple rubber layers provided with a fluorine rubber layer and formed on at least one surface of a silicon rubber layer. The silicon rubber layer is formed by molding and hardening a silicon rubber composition. The silicon rubber composition consists of organopolysiloxane with average polymerization over 200 about 100wt.%, carbon black and/or granule silica fillers of 0~150wt.%, metal, at least one of metal oxide, metal nitride, and metal carbide except for granule silica, about 0~1,600wt.%, and a hardening agent.
