A sluice and a method of making the same are provided to reduce environmental contamination by excluding use of fiber glass. A method of making a sluice includes the steps of manufacturing a mold(S1), primarily mixing CR, HAF, SRF, DOP, ZnO, S/T, MgO, NA22, S, DM and D(S2-1), secondarily mixing resin manufactured by the primary mixing step with NR, SBR, and EPDM(S2-2), and disposing a frame forming a skeleton of the sluice and injecting the resin manufactured by the secondary mixing step to form the sluice. A sluice manufactured by the method is also provided.
