The invention relates to pharmacology and provides a composition of anti-inflammatory, regenerative and antimicrobal action. The invention is characterized in that the composition comprises 1,3-diethylbenzimidazolium triiodide as an active agent, organic dipolar dissociating (polar) basic softening aprotonic solvent and a base, wherein the composition comprises a low-molecular, medical polyvinylpyrrolidone as a solubilizer and a stabilizer as an active agent, dimethylsulfoxide (dimexide) or medical ethyl alcoholas an organic dipolar dissociating (polar) basic softening aprotonic solvent and a medical vaseline as a base with a definite component ratio. The invention provides enhancement the effectiveness of wounds and bums treatment and provides easier access of the active agent to affected tissues due to exclusion of its crystallization in hydrophilic medium of weeping wounds and bums.
