A construction method of pipeline protection blocks for protecting a pipeline laid under the seabed or the riverbed is provided to prevent the breakage or loss of pipelines against external impact by installing pipeline protection blocks and preventing the scour of the riverbed or the seabed. A construction method of pipeline protection blocks for protecting a pipeline laid under the seabed or the riverbed comprises the steps of leveling up the riverbed or the seabed evenly, laying pipelines(12) to be installed on the leveled riverbed or the seabed, installing pipeline protection blocks(20) on the laid pipelines, laying pipelines in one or more pipeline laying spaces(21) of the pipeline protection block, installing projections and grounding grooves(22) of a vertical section closely to the surface of the riverbed or the seabed and connecting the pipeline protection blocks on the pipeline continuously, connecting rings installed on both outer sides of the vertical section of the pipeline protection block and rings of a scour prevention block or a fishway block-cum-scour prevention block mutually, connecting the scour prevention block and the fishway block-cum-scour prevention block mutually and installing an integral sour prevention block(30) or paving ripraps(40) on both sides of the pipeline protection block and installing an integral scour prevention block. |
