A connecting apparatus of a drain pipe between floors of an apartment house is provided to reduce cost and manpower by simply replacing or fixing the drain pipe without separating a floor or a ceiling when the drain pipe has broken. A connecting apparatus of a drain pipe(1) includes a vertical moving body(30) to which a lower part of the drain pipe is fitted, a body(10) thread-connected to an upper part of the drain pipe to elastically support the vertical moving body, and a thermal insulation material(20) inserted to a thermal insulation material groove(15) of the body. A thread(2) is formed in an upper part of the drain pipe to be larger than the distance from a lower part to an upper part of a floor. The thread of the drain pipe is released from a thread(19) of the body in turning the drain pipe, and the vertical moving body is moved down against elastic force of a spring in pressing the drain pipe down. The upper part of the drain pipe is completely separated from the body in moving the drain pipe down, and the drain pipe is laid and separated. The lower part of the drain pipe is inserted by pressing the vertical moving body in the reverse direction, and the upper part of the drain pipe is placed in the lower part of the body in releasing pressure to the drain pipe. |
