The oven has a phase modulator comprising a disk having a set of blades on a front side turned towards the interior of the oven and another set of blades on a rear side of the oven. The disk is mounted at an end of a shaft which is perpendicular to a rear side of a microwave launch box (8) and the shaft has an opposed end that is driven by an electric motor. The shaft traverses a non rotating electromagnetic wave stop block. The disk having the blades and the electric motor constitute a module forming the phase modulator which is fixed on the rear side of the launch box by bolts.
