A bucket belt elevator has vertically closed belt with the buckets fastened to it, which goes around drive pulley and tension one, those are mounted in the vertical plane with ability of rotation on horizontally located axles inside the jacket in its upper and lower parts respectively. The upper part of the jacket contains opening with unloading branch pipe, and lower part contains the loading hole, furthermore, between the straight sections of the belt, in parallel with its surface, guides for the belt are mounted, and bearing housings of the axis of tension drum are mounted in the guides with ability of displacement in the direction from the axis of drive pulley and to it, moreover, the cylindrical surface of tension drum is latticed. |
