发明名称 SCANNER WITH VIBRATING WIRES
摘要 The invention relates to acceleration and laser engineering and can be used for determining profile and position of particle bundles and radiations. The inventive aim is to raise sensitivity, accuracy and operating speed of a scanner with resonance sensor as a tight wire fixed in console clamps mounted on a rigid base. Transverse vibrations are exited in the wire due to operation of an electronic generator circuit exciting A.C. in the wire, which swings it thanks to its interaction with the magnetic field of two permanent magnets with closed magnetic circuits. In such a scanner the measurement of the wire oscillation frequency appeared due to its heating by the particle bundles during scanning. The inventive task is characterized in that the magnets are replaceable with changeable orientation and adjustable position relative to a cantilever clamp, the base is made in the form of a temperature-compensated assembly from several materials with zero total coefficient of thermal expansion, as well as thanks to use in the scanner several stretched wires vibrating at higher harmonics of their resonance frequency.
