A method and an apparatus for making waste and evacuation including organic matter as natural resources are provided to prevent the decrease of the operation ratio and to simplify the processes. A boundary induction agitator(11) mixes uniformly the upper and lower portions of raw material. Screw conveyors(16) perform transfer of raw material smoothly. A transfer device transfers the raw material into an absorbing type natural fermentation cistern(9). A deodorant device eliminates an offensive odor generated at the dry fermentation process of pig excrement. A level indicator recognizes the amount of transfer and injection of the raw material. A recycling line(30) performs vaporization of moisture. Air lines are additionally installed at a boundary induction agitator blade so that oxygen is smoothly supplied. |
