Method of producing and establishing embryogenic tissue from multiple pine genotypes (genus pinus)

A method of producing and establishing embryogenic tissue from multiple genotypes that belong to selected trees of the Diploxylon and Haploxylon subgenera (genus Pinus). The method comprises production and establishment of embryogenic tissue by means of initiation, reinitiation or induction using different applications of selectively modified culture media, and subculturing the embryogenic tissue for a minimum of 12 months using one or more different applications of selectively modified culture media to maintain proliferation of all established genotypes.
