FIELD: chemical industry; universal block mold used for reprocessing the polymeric materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the reprocessing the polymeric materials, in particular, to the production tooling and may be used in the small-scale production. The technical result of the invention is the expansion of the production capabilities of the block mold, the increased productivity, reduction of the duration of resetting of the block mold directly on the injection-molding machine, improvement of the quality of the produced articles. The universal block mold for manufacture of the articles out of the polymeric materials contains the stationary and movable plates, the base, the plates used for fixation of the replaceable packets, the plates of the ejection system with the holes for the pushers, the replaceable packet, the pushers, the shank. The ejection system represents two combinations of the pushing assemblies having the capability of interaction with each other. One combination of the pushing assemblies is installed in the support plate, in the plate of the pushers and in the base along the net of the holes. The holes are made in the maximum quantity and in compliance with the given coordinates. This combination of the pushing assemblies consists of the central pusher, the springs and the intermediate pushers. The second combination of the pushing assemblies is arranged in the packet on the net of the holes which have been made coaxially to the net of the holes of the plate of the pushers and coaxially to the support and in the quantity sufficient for pushing only the specific article and consists of the central pusher, the articles pushers, the return springs and fixers. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures expansion of the production capabilities of the block mold, the increased productivity, reduction of the duration of resetting of the block mold directly on the injection-molding machine, improvement of the quality of the produced articles. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
