FIELD: possible use in power engineering, in particular for engineering thermo-electro-generators. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains body, thermo-battery positioned therein and chamber with wire-stretching mechanism, including solenoid with magnetic core and electrodes, connected to high voltage source, and tungsten wire, positioned with possible contact with electrodes and possible explosion when voltage is fed onto them. Body is made of thermo-conductive material and consists of internal and external layers, between which thermo-battery is located, directed by hot soldered seams towards internal layer of body and to chamber, and by cold seams - to external one, while core of solenoid has clamps for wire and axial channel, wherein the wire is positioned with possible movement. ^ EFFECT: independence of operation. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg
