Production procedure for dental bridge construction with root joined piecesof dental bridge construction includes dental bridge construction with one root i.e. alveoral root joined piece (6) and a coupling (3) as well that couples an anchor i.e. an armature (2) of the bridge with a member of a body (4) of the bridge (1) and therein is a root joined piece (6). In the procedure according to the invention, shaping of part (4) of the bridge with root or alveoral joined piece (6) with arranging a protective foil and then adaptation of the second layer of the wax protection onto a residual ledge (5). Arrangement of root joined pieces (6) and developing the plan for couplings (3) is carried out by setting the wax layers onto already changed residual alveolar ledges. Therewith modelation of root joined pices (6) is carred onto anatomically arranged surfaces of external and internal side of the body (4) while shaping of alveolar joined pieces (6) is carried in surface relation with a defect with alveolar ledges (5), while the ration of damaged support tissues is carried in linear touch for coupling in the center of defect and from internal side of residual alveolar ledge. Performance of the bridges (1) with root joined pieces (6) is carried by casting out in a single piece thereof along with the body (4) of the bridge and parts thereof.
