An energy-saving environmentally friendly generating system is provided to accomplish continuous operation for generating continuous operating current by transferring part of current directly to a starter when the generating system reaches a rated speed for generation. An energy-saving environmentally friendly generating system comprises a starter(1), a generator(7), a weight unit(6), a wiring unit(8), and a transmission gear unit(b). The weight unit is a flywheel coaxially connected to the generator, and rotates and produces gravity speed so as to generate multiple energies for offsetting the load of generation of the generator and load of current consumption. The generator is arranged to generate current. The starter is electrically coupled to an external power source(9) for operating and driving the generator. The wiring unit is electrically connected to an output terminal of the generator and an input terminal of the starter. The transmission gear unit includes a plurality of gears(2,3,5) for transmitting power of the generator to the starter. Speed rates of the transmission gear unit are used to produce a torque for emission of multiple energies and a rotation speed. Part of current is directly used to start the starter when the generator reaches a rated speed for generation, to thereby save energy.
