<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report check apparatus, a report creation apparatus, a storage medium and a program that improve the quality of a report. <P>SOLUTION: The report check apparatus comprises an input part 3 for inputting data of a report to be checked, a determination part 10 for determining whether or not the semantic content of the input report is appropriate, and a display part 13 for displaying the determination result.
