<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer-readable recording medium storing a content file capable of more reliably preventing unauthorized use of content. <P>SOLUTION: The recording medium 1 stores a content file including content data and a restriction program including a first key for restricting the reproduction of the content data, and the content file is read out by a computer connectable to a content management server via a telecommunication line.
