PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oven furnished with a humidifying means to instantly humidify the space in the oven having high temperature and dried state. SOLUTION: A baking object is placed on a transporting apparatus 14, transferred through an oven 12 of an oven body 13 and baked by heaters 15 arranged along the transfer path in the oven 12.
