PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for accurately calculating a high frequency circuit using a surface mounted component. SOLUTION: The method is configured to perform electromagnetic simulation 102 of wiring on a substrate for calculating the electric characteristics of a pattern on a dielectric substrate and electromagnetic simulation 101 of only an on-substrate mounted component land section, and to perform a circuit arithmetic operation 103 for removing the influence of the on-substrate mounted land from a surface mounted component model 100 by using the electromagnetic simulation 101 of only the on-substrate mounted component land section, and to calibrate a reference face. The electric characteristics of a target structure are obtained by circuit network simulation 104 where the analytic results of the result of the electromagnetic simulation 102 on the on-substrate wiring and the result of the reference face calibration 103 to the surface mounted component model 100 are combined.
