PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform effective analysis even on a density change beyond the resolution of an X-ray CT device. SOLUTION: This analysis method includes: density analysis domain disposition processing for disposing density analysis domains each serving as a unit of density analysis on imaging data in a prescribed state; density measurement processing for finding actually measured average density and actually measured standard deviation as to each of the set/disposed analysis domains; supposition processing for sequentially taking the respective analysis domains as noted domains and finding supposed average density of the noted domains from peripheral average density acquired from the respective actually measured average densities of a plurality of reference domains which are density analysis domains around the noted domains while finding supposed standard deviation of the noted domain from the respective actually measured standard deviations of the plurality of reference domains; and density change calculation processing for finding differences between the measured average densities and the supposed average densities as actual-measurement/supposition differences while comparing the actual-measurement/supposition differences with the supposed standard deviation to find density change probability of the noted domain with respect to the reference domains from the comparison.
