PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and power consumption in a ventilation device having an air conditioning function capable of cooling and heating a room. SOLUTION: In the device 6 having the function of cooling and heating indoor air by providing a heat exchanger 1 and a circulating fan 2 for performing cooling and heating, and the function of heat-exchanging and ventilating the indoor air by providing a heat exchange element 3 and fans 4 and 5 performing air supply and exhaust, respectively, the circulating fan 2, the air supply fan 4, and the exhaust fan 5 are arranged on the same axis of one motor 7.
