PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pan and a lubricating device capable of suppressing bias of oil inside thereof even when centrifugal force and inertia are applied. SOLUTION: An oil pan separator 32 having a longitudinal orientation set in a cylinder arrangement direction is arranged in an inner side of the oil pan cover 31. An oil transportation pipe 37 is arranged to connect an upper part of one end side in the longitudinal direction of the oil pan separator 32 and a bottom part in another end side. A transportation pipe inlet opening 37a1 which is an inlet of the oil transportation pipe 37 is covered by an oil collecting member 36 opening toward the another end side. When centrifugal force or the like is applied toward a side far from an oil strainer 41 due to quick turn or the like, oil in an upper part of the oil pan separator 32 flows over a slope plate 32c and is received by an oil collecting member 36, and is transported to a neighborhood of the oil strainer 41 via the oil transportation pipe 37.
