PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel inner surface protecting/reinforcing structure capable of surely fixing the opening part side of a segment or an arc-shaped segment ring adjacent to an opening part. SOLUTION: This tunnel inner surface protecting/reinforcing structure protects and reinforces a tunnel inner surface. An end part on the opening part 23 side of the segment 1A adjacent to the opening part 23 in the respective arc-shaped segment rings 7c divided in the tunnel peripheral direction, is fixed by a fixing means to at least any one of a tunnel inner wall surface and the segment ring 7 adjacent in the tunnel axis direction and undivided in the tunnel peripheral direction, by sandwiching the opening part 23 for avoiding an existing facility projecting to the tunnel inner surface side, and the dislocation movement in the tunnel peripheral direction of the segment adjacent to the opening part is restricted.
