PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixture for waterproofing construction and a waterproofing processing method, capable of preventing looseness of a screw over a long period, by surely performing waterproofing processing, when fixing a waterproof member or a waterproof fixing member arranged in a building frame such as a metallic plate, lightweight foaming concrete ALC and concrete and having a surface composed of a synthetic resin by the fixture. SOLUTION: This fixture 1 for the waterproofing construction is covered in at least a seat surface 1c with a thermoplastic resin 2, and waterproofing processing is performed by joining a required part of this thermoplastic resin 2 to a required part of synthetic resins 3a and 4a in a surface of the waterproof member 3 or the waterproof fixing member 4 by welding of a solvent or thermal fusion.
