PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposed concrete finishing method which is applied to finishing or repairing a cement-based siding board surface in the construction field. SOLUTION: According to the exposed concrete finishing method, a waterproof layer formed of a permeable and absorption-preventive material is formed on the cement-based siding board surface, and a joint portion in the siding board surface is filled with fiber-reinforced polymer cement mortar to flatten the board surface, followed by sticking a mesh body to the flattened siding board in one body by using the fiber-reinforced polymer cement mortar, to thereby strengthen the siding board surface. Further, while a double-faced adhesive form with release paper for pseudo plastic cone is set on the strengthened siding board surface, the polymer cement mortar in a concrete color is applied and hardened, and thereafter the form is removed, followed by applying a clear finish material to the entire polymer cement hardened surface, and drying the same, to thereby form an exposed concrete finish surface.
