PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid (water or the like) from intruding between a laminate sheet and a reinforcing plate by a capillary phenomenon when a user carelessly drops the liquid (water or the like) on a keyboard device, whereby the liquid (water or the like) is prevented from intruding into a contact part of a spacer hole through an air hole of the laminate sheet. SOLUTION: The whole periphery of the laminate sheet and the whole peripheries of the laminate sheet and the reinforcing plate are sealed; and an air circulation hole for making a space part of the laminate sheet communicate with the outside air is formed in a bottom part by making it communicate with the laminate sheet and the reinforcing plate. Alternatively, the air circulation hole for making the space part of a membrane sheet communicate with the outside air is formed in the bottom part of the membrane sheet; and the air circulation hole is made to communicate with an air accumulation part formed in the reinforcing plate.
