PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving contact body used for an operation panel of an electronic apparatus such as a cellular phone or the like; and to provide a panel switch capable of preventing intrusion of foreign matter into a switch contact part and having high contact reliability, in relation to a panel switch composed by using the moving contact body. SOLUTION: This moving contact body is composed by printing and forming, by screen printing or the like, an outer outline adhesive part 16A having a predetermined width and surrounding the whole circumference of an outer edge part forming an outline of a base sheet 11 by superposing dotted adhesive parts 13 in a dotted state on the undersurface of the base sheet 11, an inner outline adhesive part 16B having the same predetermined width and surrounding a plurality of rectangular holes 11A arranged in the inside, and surrounding adhesive parts 15 each having a predetermined width and surrounding the outer shape of circular moving contacts 5 at parts where the moving contacts 5 are adhered and arranged.
