PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic zeolite stable to air and humidity, facilitating the treatment and having excellent adsorptivity. SOLUTION: The anthracene-based organic zeolite has a porous organic crystal structure obtained by dissolving, for example, 9,10-bis[3,5-bis(4-hydroxybiphenyl)-1-phenyl]anthracene in ethyl acetate, and adding chloroform to the resultant solution.
