PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antiaging cosmetic having excellent effectiveness, quality stability and biological safety by improving insufficient stability with time and skin irritation being disadvantages of an extract of soybeans of black seed coat having activities such as an antioxidant action (radical scavenging ability), moisture retaining action, etc., useful as a formulation component for an antiaging cosmetic and by formulating an antiaging cosmetic with the improved processed extract of soybeans of black seed coat as an active ingredient.
