PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet vacuum cleaner having a steam separator equipped with a revolution body which has an improvement in steam separation potential. SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner include a suction nozzle which sucks staining and moisture with air, a suction hose which conducts the interflow of the staining, moisture, and air sucked from the suction nozzle, a steam separator which separates the staining and moisture from the air after separation from the interflow, an electric fan which sucks and exhausts the air separated by the steam separator, and a sewage tank which stores the staining and moisture separated from the interflow. The steam separator has a closed-end cylindrical revolution body 13B on the suction section side, the revolution body 13B can rotate on its center axis, the peripheral side part of the revolution body 13B has a mass of upright vanes 32 of predetermined width respectively spaced in the circumference R3 of the revolution body 13B by inclining the width direction R2 of the vane 32 in the revolutional direction R3 of a separator 13 at a predetermined angleθ1 relative to a basic line R1 which connects a base 32A in the width direction of the vane 32 and the axis.
