PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-like container squeezing tool capable of easily squeezing the content in a bag-like container. SOLUTION: The bag-like container squeezing tool is equipped with a first contacting piece part 2 having a container side contacting face 7 with which the bag-like container comes into contact on the surface and a finger side contacting face 8 with which a finger of a user comes into contact on the back surface, a second contacting piece part 3 having the finger side contacting face 8 with which another finger of the user comes into contact on the surface and the container side contacting face 7 with which the bag-like container comes into contact on the back surface, and a connecting part 5 for connecting the first contacting piece part 2 and the second contacting piece part 3. Alternatively, it may be characterized by that a third contacting piece part 4 having the container side contacting face 7 with which the bag-like container comes into contact on the surface and a finger side contacting face 8 with which another one finger comes into contact on the back surface, and connected with the first contacting piece part 2 and the second contacting piece part 3 by the connecting part 5 under a condition that the second contacting piece part 3 is placed between it and the first contacting piece part 2, is furthermore equipped.
