PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder, which surely bind sheets of paper without depending upon different material such as metal or the like, facilitates the removal and restoration of the sheets of paper at copying, and further, prevents no reuse (recycling), and its method. SOLUTION: This binder is formed by combining a pressing paper with an annular band made of a rubber base polymer stock. The favorable document file, which overcomes problems, is realized by spanning the annular band between two incisions, which are made at an interval larger than a folding diameter under the condition that the sheets of paper concerned are pinched by the pressing paper.
