PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transparency and fairness of management by recording circulative distribution of prizes among a pachinko hall, a prize warehouse and a prize exchange place by a card payment system technique. SOLUTION: This system is provided with: a prize warehouse terminal 3: a prize exchange place terminal 5; a server 7 for payment processing which is provided with an offset processing means of a part of requesting payment to the prize warehouse and a part of requesting payment to the hall from the prize exchange place terminal 5, a payment acknowledging means for examining propriety of acknowledgment of card payment concerning credit reference when receiving prize sales information from the prize warehouse terminal 3 and the prize exchange place terminal 5 and credit reference information, and a transmission means for transmitting information of prize sales charge payment request to the hall and transmitting information of prize sales charge payment request to the prize warehouse and the result of offset processing to the prize warehouse terminal 3 when acknowledging the payment; an information recording server 9 for respectively recording the sales information and the credit reference information respectively transmitted from the prize warehouse terminal 3 and the prize exchange place terminal 5 to the server 7 and transferring them to the server 7; a hall server 2; and a prize warehouse server 4.
