The system has two mandrels movable relative to one another, where the mandrels are arranged to break-through a jacket cover (2) and a jacket base after the insertion of the jacket in a holder. The base is arranged to close when or after pulling out the mandrels from the base. A hole in a silicon plate (14) of the base is sealed depending on the material properties of the plate, before the lower mandrel is pulled out from the plate. An independent claim is also included for a serving jacket with a jacket base comprising a silicon plate.
