A system for manufacturing a flat display device is provided to enable the separating and coupling of a tip at a time, thereby significantly reducing the time for replacing a tip, by detachably installing a working member with the tip on a lower end of a body in a pressurizing tool. A first plate(300) is provided on a table(100) for loading a display panel. A second plate(500) is supported by the first plate, wherein the second plate is movable in left and right directions. A pressurizing tool(700) is supported by the second plate, wherein the pressurizing is movable in left and right directions. The pressurizing tool directly pressurizes pads of the display panel and a connection chip. The pressurizing tool includes a first body(710) having a heat unit, a second body(720) having a heater(722) and an adiabatic member(721), and a working member(730) having a tip. The first body is supported by the second plate. The second body is provided on a lower end of the first body. The working member is detachably installed on a lower end of the second body. |
