PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR ANTIOXIDANT COMPRISING EXTRACTS OF GREEN TEA AND PHELLINUS BAUMI AND FUNCTIONAL FOOD

Provided are an antioxidant pharmaceutical composition comprising the green tea extracts extracted by hot water and Phellinus baumi-brown rice mycelium, and functional food by using the same composition so as to maximize the antioxidizing activity without activity loss of the components. The antioxidant pharmaceutical composition comprises the extracts of green tea and Phellinus baumi-brown rice mycelium, wherein the extracts of green tea and Phellinus baumi-brown rice mycelium are obtained by extracting a mixture containing 75 wt.% of Phellinus baumi-brown rice mycelium and 25 wt.% of green tea with hot water, filtering the hot water extract, and concentrating the filtered solution to have final concentration of 8 Brix; and the Phellinus baumi-brown rice mycelium is obtained by dipping brown rice in water for 24 hours, sterilizing the brown rice at 121 deg. C for 60 minutes, cooling the brown rice and inoculating Phellinus baumi into the brown rice, culturing Phellinus baumi at 27 deg. C for 30 days, and collecting the cultured Phellinus baumi-brown rice mycelium.
