A low speed generator is provided to increase a relative speed between a conductor of a stator and a magnet of a rotator and obtain an electromotive force by rotating the rotator having the magnet, and a casing made of iron in the same direction at the same time. A low speed generator includes a rotation axis(101), a cylindrical rotator(110), a magnet(111), a cylindrical stator(130), a conductor(141), and a cylindrical casing(150). The rotation axis(101) is rotated by external power. The cylindrical rotator(110) is fixedly connected to the rotation axis(101), and is rotated by the rotation axis(101). The magnet(111) is installed on an outer circumference plane of the rotator(110). The cylindrical stator(130) is connected to the rotation axis(101) in an outer side of the rotator(110) rotatably. The conductor(141) is installed on an inner circumference plane of the stator(130), and is wound by a coil connected to an outer wiring. The cylindrical casing(150) is fixedly connected to the rotation axis(101) in an outer side of the stator(130). The cylindrical casing(150) is rotated by the rotation axis(101).
