A press with spring back preventing function is provided to prevent a spring back phenomenon that the panel is restored by residual stress when removing an external force after forming a panel in a predetermined shape. In a press having a top mold, a bottom mold, a cam drive moved up and down together with the top mold, and a cam slide horizontally moved by the cam driver and closely adhered to one side of the bottom mold to form a panel, a press with spring back preventing function comprises a cam steel part(20) comprised of: a body(22) which is fixed to the cam slide(10) and has a shape corresponding to one side of the bottom mold; a hollow part(24) which is vertically formed within the body, of which a lower end portion extends to the bottom mold, and in which a fluid(26) is filled; a driven piston(42) inserted into an upper portion of the hollow part and moved up and down; a driving piston(52) inserted into a lower portion of the hollow part; an upper plate(30) installed on an upper portion of the body such that the upper plate is movable up and down by the driven piston; and a pusher(54) that longitudinally extends to the lower mold and is connected to the driving piston.
