A driver is provided to improve work efficiency by permitting a user to selectively adjust torque and rotating velocity of a driver bit connected to a screw. A driver(300) comprises a driver bit(10) for rotating a screw; a first main gear(110) shaft-coupled to one end of the driver bit; a first side gear(115) engaged with an outer surface of the first main gear; a second main gear(120) spaced coaxially from the first main gear; a second side gear(125) engaged with an outer surface of the second main gear and engaged with an outer surface of one end of the firs side gear; a connection shaft(210) having one end shaft-coupled to the second main gear; a clutch(130) interposed between the first main gear and the second main gear so that the clutch selectively transmits torque of the second main gear to the first main gear or cuts off torque in accordance with force supplied from a user; an elastic member(140) interposed between the clutch and the second main gear so as to allow for elastic connection or disconnection between the second main gear and the clutch; a front body(100); a front body(100) which has a gear groove where parts of outer surfaces of the first side gear and the second side gear are inserted, and supplies torque in accordance with the control of the user; and a rear body(200) coupled to the other end of the connection shaft so that the rear body transmits force in the axial direction of the driver bit so as to allow for operation of the clutch.
